Will I have problems if I run the UK edition of Windows XP Professional on a PC here in the US?

I am thinking of buying Windows XP Professional for a PC I'm building in the U.S. Lately, on eBay, I seem to be running into more UK editions of the software being sold in the U.S., rather than US/Canada editions. Would I run into registration/update/support problems if I bought the international software? The Microsoft part number is E85-02667. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Should be ok, but you will not get support in the US for a UK version & visa versa
