I can't change to page layout view in Excel, "current printer is unavailable"?

When I try to change the view in Excel 2007 to page layout, a window appears saying "current printer is unavailable. Choose another printer."

However, I can still print whenever i want from excel, it just won't let me change the view. I'm also having more problems with Microsoft office...

Excel always asks for administrators permission before opening.

I can't open excel files through "my documents", it always says windows can't find it, i have to open it through excel and I can't download excel files online or through e-mails. I have to download them to "my downloads" folder, save them to my documents, and re-open them through excel.

and lately every time I exit any office program, it a window appears saying, "Microsoft Office Live Add-in Sign-in has stopped working, A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

PLEASE I NEED HELP. FIX MY COMPUTER!!

Call microsoft and complain.
